During his career, Jim has represented a number of other cities and counties in Idaho also. Jim represents private clients before governmental entities on a wide range of matters including development and land use issues, tort claims, and contract negotiations. Besides governmental law, Jim’s practice emphasizes construction contracts and litigation; real property transactions and litigation; and legal issues regarding newspapers and other publications. Jim is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho.
