Kevin P. Cassidy

Kevin Cassidy was born in Omaha, Nebraska in 1955. He is a graduate of Creighton University (magna cum laude) and The University of Nebraska College of Law. Kevin is a former Idaho Supreme Court Law Clerk, a special prosecutor and appellate attorney for the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, and a retired magistrate judge for Gooding County, Idaho sitting 10 years on the bench and handling civil and criminal litigation and family law issues. Kevin has been practicing with the well-respected Roark Law Firm since 2004 and has recently opened the firm’s Twin Falls’ office, serving all of south central Idaho.
